która swoją premierę miała w 1991r. Usłyszeć na niej można m.in. tak
wspaniałe kompozycje jak choćby tytułowa, "Candles Still Flicker in
Romania's Dark", "Splashing Out" i "Pigalle". Płyta ukazuje się teraz w
wersji zremasterowanej i uzupełniono ją o dwa utwory dodatkowe:
"Libreville" i "Pilgrim's Way".
