Do you ship orders abroad?

Of course, we do. To any country in the world. Please, note that in such a case we accept only a credit card or money transfer payment.

We ship orders abroad via Polish Postal Service priority mail.

Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Your parcel may be subject to customs charges in the destination country. All those charges depend on the destination country's internal customs regulations and have to by paid by the recipient. You can find detailed information on those regulations in customs information in your country.

Can my order be shipped to another address as a gift/surprise?

It is possible but only if you choose online payment method (Przelewy24 or PayPal). In such a case you should give another delivery address and in „special wish" box tick the option to have the items wrapped as a gift and sent without an invoice/receipt.

Are the shipping costs added to every item in the basket?

No! The shipping costs are added to the basket total amount and are a part of the total cost of the purchase.

Will I get a confirmation of the contract for purchase made at your store together with the list and prices of the items I am interested in?

Of course. Shortly after your visit at our store and making the contract for purchase you will receive a list of the items, their prices and the total amount. Later on you will receive an e-mail confirming your offer and information about completion of your order, shipping time, maybe a request to confirm the shipment (in case of it being sent in installments)

Do the prices in your store include VAT?

Yes, all prices include VAT.

Is VAT paid in case of shipping orders abroad?

Unfortunately, yes. According to European regulations there is no possibility to get VAT refund or to lower the prices of items sold abroad to individual customers. VAT for books is equal to 5%, concert tickets – 8%, other items – 23%.

What do symbols KS and TKT mean?

KS is a symbol for books sold in our store and TKT – for concert tickets
