Payment methods

Our store offers you a few convenient ways to pay for the ordered items.

Currently available payment methods:

  • cash on delivery – payment in cash to InPost couriers

  • online payment via Przelewy24 platform (credit cards, online transfer)

  • credit/debit card payment at the InPost parcel locker

  • PayPal payment – if you choose this way of payment you will pay using your PayPal account; if for some reason we send your order in installments, your PayPal account will be charged only for the items actually sent

  • cash/collection in person – if you choose this method of payment, you will pay for your order in cash at Rock-Serwis office in Kraków, ul. płk. Francesco Nullo 28/LU3 (Monday to Friday, at 9:00-16:00) after having received a confirmation email; in addition, if you choose to collect the ordered items in person, you will get a discount of 6% (the discount does not apply to items already sold at a discount at the moment of placing the order – usually with the price ending in .99 PLN and items from “second hand and sale” section)

  • postponed bank transfer – when your parcel is ready to be shipped, we will send you an email with information necessary to complete the transaction (our bank account number) and we will ask you to transfer the amount of money equalling the value of your order

Methods of payment presented above are valid only for orders made in Poland. Orders from abroad are shipped by Polish Postal Service priority mail and can be paid for only by a credit card or PayPal.
