Na dwóch CD zamieszczono fragmenty prób, nagrania live, fragmenty nagrań studyjnych i wersje alternatywne, wszystko z lat 1969-2019. 15 nagrań nigdzie dotąd nie opublikowano.
Sid Smith, zajmujący się historią King Crimson, snuje w książeczce całą serię (bardzo prawdopodobnych) scenariuszy: “Co by było gdyby?”.
Na CD1 znalazły się głównie nagrania live; na CD2 utwory grane przez obecny skład tylko okazjonalnie, fragmenty utworów studyjnych (King Crimson i Roberta Frippa), których nigdy nie ukończono lub rozwinęły się w zupełnie innych sposób oraz materiał, który nigdy nie trafił do studia.
